Q & A FOR RETURN POLICY:
(a) What is the timeframe for leveraging the refund options?
14 days for USA Customers & 30 days for Other Countries
(b) Who pays the shipping cost on returns?
(c) What is the policy for defective/broken products?
The free replacement shipment to be provided within 14 days to All Customers or 100% Refund to be provided.
(d) What are the policies for products that are not damaged but customers want to return as they change their mind about the purchase?
We do accept returns of undamaged products and Product must be returned in original packing. Once we receive product, refund to be given within 7 days. 20% of the Invoice Value will be deducted as shipping fee. Repatriation fees payable by the customer.
(e) What is the policy for products which are wrongly delivered (The Same address Mentioned on Order by Customer, May be due to TYPO error / Moved Out)?
It is Customers responsibility to collect directly from delivered address. We do not any accept any claims for the Delivered order
(f) What is the policy for products which are returned due to Customer is not reachable or shipment not accepted by any other reasons?
Once we receive return product, refund to be given within 7 working days. 20% of Invoice Value will be deducted as Shipping fee.
(e) Is the return policy in the correct official language of the delivered country?
Our official Language is English. All mail correspondence to be written in English only.
(f) If any Situation, order placed using Paypal payment method, the Banking Charges of 3.9% of Invoice Value + 0.50 USD Will be deducted and rest to be Paid Within 7 Working days.
CANCEL ORDER POLICY:
Organicveda prides itself on providing the best products available today. We are committed to our customers satisfaction with our products, and if any case, if you like to cancel our orders, Please submit order cancellation request by email.
Email cancellations must contain the following: Full name, order number, contact number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
If we have any questions in regards to cancelling your order, we may contact you.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out.
In the event that a cancellation was submitted before shipping by email or phone or Whatsapp and we will gladly provide 100% refund
However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping, Max 20% of Invoice Value.
